My duties include guidance at the information desk, taking phone calls at the information center, announcements, radio broadcasts, and patrols around the building. Also, each month I make flight-related documents used in assisting customers.

Q. About your current responsibilities
Q. Things that you find rewarding or important
When I hear customers tell me "I bought the item I was looking for," "Thank you," or "You were a big help," it makes me happy, and it makes me feel like this job is worth doing. What's important to me is to greet with a smile and give heartfelt assistance that caters to the needs of many different customers. Whether they're in a hurry or a traveler from overseas, no matter the situation I do my best to think about how to give assistance in a way that's easy to understand for each individual customer.
Q. Tell us about your experience when you first joined the company.
When I first joined the company, I had to constantly take in new information while simultaneously getting used to my work duties, and it was tough to keep up with all of that. I was able to grow professionally thanks to the help of many kind senior colleagues.
Q. Tell us about a memorable episode from your work.
I joined the company because I've always liked airports and announcements played inside them, so I wanted to try working in one. After joining the company, completing announcement training, and actually making an announcement, I got nervous because my voice was echoing throughout the whole airport, but at the same time I felt happy.
