I am in charge of tasks such as marshalling, or guiding arriving aircraft to their parking spots, loading and unloading baggage entrusted by customers onto and off the aircraft, and pushback operations, or pushing aircrafts out to the taxiway for departure, so I am often involved in operating large specialized vehicles. Depending on the weather, I may also be tasked with deicing, or melting snow accumulated on the aircraft wings.

Q. About your current responsibilities
Q. Things that you find rewarding or important
When you hear ground handling tasks, marshalling and pushback operations are probably the first things that come to mind. I find great fulfillment in tasks such as marshalling and pushback operations that put me in the limelight.
Q. Tell us about your experience when you first joined the company.
In my previous job, I was responsible for non-ground handling tasks at another airport and as I had a strong desire to work with aircrafts, I decided to switch to this job. When I joined the crew, I had no experience in ground handling and was full of anxiety, but my superiors and seniors kindly guided me.
Q. Tell us about a memorable episode from your work.
After pushing back departing aircraft to the taxiway, we, the ground crew, wave at the aircraft wishing the passengers a safe journey, saying "Have a nice trip." When I obtained my internal qualification and performed my first pushback, my leg trembled from the excitement of pushing out the aircraft. I still remember how happy I was when passengers waved back at me after I managed to complete the pushback operation and waved at the aircraft.
